DescriptionMudwars.io is a really fun, tank upgrade, online multiplayer game! You have to tunnel around the map to farm precious gold ores and gain points. Every time you level up, you can spend a point on one of the many upgrades you have to choose from, including weapon damage, reload speed, etc. Some of your special abilities in Mudwars.io allow you to go invisible and sneak up on your enemies. That could be a really effective strategy. Give it a try :)

ControlsThe game is pretty simple to control, use the WASD or arrow keys to move your character and use either left click or the space bar to use attacks.

InstructionThere has not been a specific release date mentioned for Brutes.io yet, but we have reason to believe that the game has been in development for a while (before September 2016). This makes it tricky to come up with when we might think it will launch, but hopefully soon!

DescriptionLazerdrive is a very addictive and challenging io game similar to curve fever. The concept of the game is to see how long you can go without crashing, it sounds easy but it is not! As well as other players you have to avoid your own line also, as well as this you can only turn left/right you will always move forward meaning you can’t stop to avoid other people!

ControlsIn Lazer drive you can only turn left and right using A and S.

InstructionThe game itself is quite simple, you control a line drawer and try to avoid crashing into other players lines or your own, every time a player crashes into a line you drew you gain a sweet point boost although you gather the most points for surviving the longest! Around the map are power ups or debuffs that you can pick up, some slow you down which is actually an incredibly helpful boost in this game, others speed you up making it harder to avoid crashing etc, the game is tons of fun check it out!

This game was originally based on the classic indie game bomberman and it does it great justice as its is similarly addictive! InstructionIn the Blast arena its every man for himself, your objective is to be the last bomber standing either through killing everyone or waiting for them to kill each other! Destroy terrain to make your way around the map and collect the power ups they drop such as movement speed, extra bombs and bomb range in order to become a bigger threat. Bomb explosions can only travel in straight lines from where the bomb was placed, use this knowledge to your advantage and avoid standing in the fire or its game over!

DescriptionIn this game you start off as a single angler fish and consume food to amass a fish army which will dominate the ocean! The games simple but incredibly addictive as its an awesome feeling to crush an opponents army with your own or take on that jelly fish that once killed you as a fresh spawn!

InstructionA similar objective to some other io games you start off small, alone and weak to both enemy players and the environment, to improve your chances of survival your only hope is to eat the food floating around and gather an army of smaller fish to defend you. Being a free for all game you’re better off trying to avoid bigger groups of fish as numbers do win fights in this world, start off by amassing a small group of soldier fish and try to take on a jellyfish to earn yourself a sweet bonus! Once you start to develop a reasonable sized squad aim to take out groups smaller than you to further boost your score and assert your dominance in the water.

DescriptionSlain is an awesome brand new survival/horde defence game, you begin as a level one noob with nothing but weak attacks to defend yourself against the spinning spiked npcs and other players but as you gain experience you can build yourself in to a force to be reckoned with. With nine available stats that can be tweaked and boosted there are endless possibilities to kit builds as you reach higher levels, not to mentions its tons of fun!

ControlsThe controls for this game are as simple as the game is fun, to move your character simply use the WASD keys and left click to punch in whichever direction your mouse cursor is.

InstructionYour main objective in Slain.io is survival, you’ll be up against some tough npcs as well as a variety of other players, all you have is your fists and limited stamina to deal with them so keeping your distance is recommended until you’re sure you can take them on. As I previously touched on there are 9 trainable stats in game, to level them you first need to fill up the experience bar at the bottom of the screen, this can be done by walking over the passively generating orbs on the floor or killing npcs/players. After this bar is full you will gain a level which enabled you to advance in one the nine skills, we recommend playing the game several times to determine the best build for you but I’d personally suggest getting some early hp/armour and maybe a little movement speed so that you can safely kite out your opponents.

DescriptionWormax is another awesome Slither like io game, you start off as a small snake and aim to get bigger through eating food. One of the biggest disguishing features in Wormax however is the power ups which we’ll discuss in more detail below!

ControlsAgain the controls for this game are very simplistic, the mouse cursor controls all movement of the snake and using space bar will allow you to boost your speed at the cost of points.

InstructionIf you’ve played any other Slither based games you should know the basics by now, you start small and aim to get big whilst asserting your snake dominance by killing other worms bigger or smaller than yourself. As I touched on briefly before one of the coolest features is the addition of cool powers ups, there are several to be found and used to your advantage around the map such as invisibility! I know I promised more detail but I think its better that I leave you with that little hint and let you discover the rest for yourself, good luck and have fun!

Unlike other io games that promote individual skill war in space focusing on encouraging team play, because of this you need to remember that numbers win here and excellent teamwork is the way to be successful!

InstructionIn this .io style game you control a spaceship which you use to farm, upgrade, evolve, and kill enemy spaceships. As previously mentioned it is a team game so if your team doesn’t work together it will be pretty difficult to win. Once your team starts to get an edge over the your opponents, you’ll want to organise an assault on the enemy base and destroy it. When playing Warin.space just remember power in numbers, with that in mind you also have the ability to single-handedly dismantle a team if you are able to catch a stray ship and slowly take apart their main fleet.

DescriptionIn the world of Hopz you play as a bouncy ball shaped character with a small set of eyes and a mouth, the aim of the game is this: don’t let anyone hop over you! If someone if able to successfully jump up and above you you’re dead, this means that if you jump over someone else they die however and your points will be tracked on the top right of your screen. The game is incredibly simple but very competitive as no one wants to be hopped over!

ControlsMove your character using the arrow keys, you are able to double jump by pressing up twice in a row.

InstructionWhen playing Hopz.io there aren’t too many strategies to take, there are however a few fancy moves to help you get the jump on your opponent. (pun intended) For example if you see someone jumping towards you simply walk backwards away from them and then as they’re coming closer to the floor hop over them, they won’t have chance to move much as they’ll be falling and you’ll most likely be able to jump over them with no issues.
